Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. flour
 
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 egg yolks (save whites)
1 c. beer
Preparation
- 
                            Mix ingredients; let stand for 20 minutes.
 
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Great for fish, chicken, onion rings, etc.
