Sole Veronique(Preparation Time: 5 Minutes. Cooking Time: 2 Minutes.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sole fillets
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel
    2 tsp. lemon peel, julienned
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. green or red seedless grapes
Preparation
    Place fish fillets in a 9-inch non-metallic pie plate.
    In a small bowl, stir together wine, lemon juice, lemon peel, pepper and grapes.
    Spoon over fish.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until fish turns opaque.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serves 2.
