Veal Cutlet In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/2-inch thick) veal cutlet per person
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. thin cream or rich milk
Preparation
    Mix mustard, ginger, pepper, salt and flour together.
    Pound into veal cutlets.
    Brown on both sides in butter in skillet; add cream.
    Cover and cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
