Pecan Pickups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 egg
Preparation
    Shells:
    Mix all ingredients for shells until smooth. Refrigerate and chill while making filling.
    Divide into 24 balls and press into small muffin tins, making shells, being careful not to make any holes or filling will stick.
