Coffee Cake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add the milk, egg and oil and mix.
The batter should not be smooth. Spoon into greased muffin tins about 1/2 to 2/3 full.
