Chinese Cabbage With Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large piece sirloin steak (for 3 to 4 servings)
1 medium onion
1 small can water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
flour or cornstarch to thicken sauce
3 stalks celery
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 pkg. frozen pea pods
1 Tbsp. Gravy Master
Preparation

Slice steak in thin slices; chop celery and onion.
Saute in frying pan with a little oil 3 to 4 minutes.
Add a little water to pan.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and 2 bouillon cubes and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and let simmer, while adding the mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Thicken with flour or cornstarch.
Add the soy sauce and Gravy Master.
Then add the pea pods (just to heat through, do not cook).
