Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled, sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    1/3 c. soft butter/margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Spread the apple slices in an 8-inch square cooking pan.
    Sprinkle lemon juice and water over the apples.
    Stir together the rest of the ingredients.
    Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apples.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
    Makes 6 servings.
