Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

zucchini, cut in chunks
sliced fresh tomatoes
sliced green peppers
sliced onions
2 slices crumbled bread
1/4 lb. melted margarine
shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Layer zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, onions and bread in baking pan.
Pour melted margarine over vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered; 15 minutes uncovered.
