Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, deboned
    8 oz. Smoky Hollow cocktail sausage
    2 heaping Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Simmer deboned chicken in melted Crisco until tender.
    Drain off excess grease and add all spices and sausage.
    Put in casserole dish with rice and water.
    Stir well.
    Cook in oven on 400\u00b0 until rice is done and water is gone, approximately 45 minutes.
