Sour Cream Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust or pastry for a double crust pie
    2 1/2 lb. apples, sliced
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare crust and roll into a rectangle to fit a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bring up on the sides to top.
