Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 red potatoes (not peeled), cubed, steamed until tender and salted
    3 boiled eggs, diced
    1 pkg. onion dip mix
    3 green onions
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes and eggs; add eggs and mix well. Stir in potatoes until well mixed. Garnish with paprika. Makes about 3 quarts.
