Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    15 oz. can kidney beans
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef in a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High 3 1/2 to 5 minutes, until meat is cooked.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in raw vegetables; microwave 4 to 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender (still on High).
    Stir in remaining ingredients and cover. Microwave 5 minutes on High.
    Uncover and microwave on 50% power for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once.
