Microwave Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork spareribs
2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut spareribs into individual ribs and place in bottom of a large glass baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover with waxed paper.
Cook in microwave oven 40 to 45 minutes at \"Roast\" or until well done.
Turn ribs over after 20 minutes.
