Macaroni Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. hot milk
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Add hot milk to bread crumbs; mix.
Add egg yolks, slightly beaten.
Fold in macaroni, grated cheese and seasonings.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Set dish in pan containing 1 inch of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
