Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice and boil carrots in salted water just until tender. Drain most of water, leaving just enough to cover carrots.
    Mix first 6 ingredients together in medium casserole dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until casserole bubbles steadily in the middle.
