Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium russet potatoes
    2 cans chunk tuna with oil, drained*
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes and slice into thin slices. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer bottom of casserole with 2/3 can tuna. Cover tuna with potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer with 2/3 can tuna. Layer with 1/3 grated cheese. Pour 1/3 can evaporated milk. Add another layer of potatoes, then 2/3 can tuna, then 1/3 grated cheese, then 1/3 evaporated milk. Top with another layer of potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, and remainder of cheese. Pour remaining evaporated milk over all. Cover casserole dish and bake for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are cooked tender. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
