Sour Cream Capers Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 egg yolks
 
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped capers
Preparation
- 
                            Place egg yolks in the top of a double boiler.
 
Stir in sour cream, vinegar and seasonings.
Cook on low heat, continue stirring until smooth and thickened.
Serve with seafood.
