Peach Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced ripe peaches
    4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Peel and slice ripe peaches, removing bad spots.
    Put in large, heavy pan with sugar and cook over medium heat until it reaches a good boil, stirring constantly.
    Add lemon juice. Continue cooking until thick; stir constantly.
    Put in sterilized jars and seals.
