Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn (frozen or fresh)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Beat eggs.
Add butter, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and corn. Put in greased casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
