Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle nutmeg over top of pudding; set baking dish in a shallow pan of hot water.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes. Custard will set more while cooking.
