Alice Copeland'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 c. whipping cream
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add lemon juice and extract.
    Blend in flour and whipping cream alternately, beginning and ending with flour and beating well after each.
    Put in cold oven set at 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes (approximately).
