Morning Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. sliced banana
    3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation
    In the container of an electric blender, place milk, banana, orange juice and vanilla.
    Cover and whirl until smooth.
    Serve at once.
    Yield:
    2 portions (about 2 cups).
