Ham And Egg Souffl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
1/2 c. butter
2 c. baked ham
1 c. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Trim the crusts from the bread. Butter the bread on both sides and lay as a crust in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Sprinkle over bread the cubed ham. Toss grated cheese over all. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over the mixture. Bake* at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve at once.
