Rose Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. rose wine
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine, strawberries and undrained pineapple.
    Pour half of mixture into an 8-cup mold; refrigerate until set.
    Spread sour cream over top.
    Spoon or carefully pour remaining gelatin mixture over top.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Unmold onto salad greens.
    Serves 10.
