Mother'S Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift into a mixing bowl the flour.
    Cut in margarine and oil. Dissolve in water the yeast and sugar.
    Add to flour mixture, then add buttermilk.
    Work together with a large spoon until all flour is moistened.
    Cover bowl and store in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, take out amount desired.
    Roll out on floured board to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased sheet.
    Bake 12 minutes or brown in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    This recipe makes 3 dozen light flaky biscuits.
    The dough will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
