Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 to 3 c. stewed tomatoes
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
Preparation
    Cut meat into small cubes and brown in oil.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Saute until lightly browned.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer gently 40 to 45 minutes.
    Add carrots, potatoes and water to cover vegetables. Cook 20 to 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
