Baked Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. pimentos
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled up
2 Tbsp. white wine or sherry
1 can (6 oz.) crab meat, drained
Preparation

Mix egg and mayonnaise together well.
Add the next 5 ingredients to the mix and fold in crab meat.
Place in casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until it is firm to the touch in the center.
