Squash And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    3 carrots, grated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook squash; mash and drain.
    Mix with half of stuffing mix, pimentos, onion, sour
    cream and carrots.
    Place in large casserole.
    Melt butter and
    mix
    with remaining stuffing mix. Place on top of squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
