Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes
liquid from potatoes plus 1/4 or 1/2 c. pineapple juice or enough to make 1 1/2 c. liquid
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch and flour, mixed
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put the canned sweet potatoes in a buttered casserole.
Take the liquid, add juice or water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook until clear and pour over potatoes.
Bake in oven until heated through.
