Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 1/2 c. chopped shrimp
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked pork
    4 chopped green onions
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    garlic
    soy sauce to taste
    7 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 doz. egg roll skins
Preparation
    Bring celery and cabbage to boil.
    Drain.
    Cook shrimp and pork in fat 4 minutes.
    Add celery and cabbage.
    Add soy sauce, chestnuts, green onion and garlic.
    Cook 6 minutes.
    Roll in skins and fry.
    Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
