Chuck Wagon Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 each: chopped bell pepper and onion (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Saute 1/2 chopped onion and bell pepper until cooked thoroughly.
    Add to first mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring once.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
    Yields 8 servings.
