Sallet Fixins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. mustard greens (from the food store)
5 slices bacon
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash greens and put in a pot.
Cover with water.
Cook in about 2 quarts of water.
Add bacon, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat until tender.
