Elk Or Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast
    2 small onions, cut in chunks
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans red wine
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut roast into serving size chunks; pour soup and wine in crock-pot.
    Add onions and seasonings to your taste.
    Mix well and add meat.
    Cook on low 6 hours or on high 3 hours until done.
