Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 head lettuce
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can black olives (pitted), drained
    2 tomatoes
    1 bag Doritos (cheese or taco flavored)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package.
    In a large bowl, cut or shred lettuce. Add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans and olives.
    Mix well; add meat mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add grated cheese and crushed Doritos.
    Do this a little at a time to keep cheese from sticking and to mix well.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Top with taco sauce or favorite dressing.
    Great plain.
