Deep-Fried Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    halibut
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients in bowl.
    Mix eggs, milk and oil and add to dry ingredients.
    Thaw fish if frozen and dry thoroughly.
    Coat with flour, then dip in batter.
    Fry in 1-inch of oil in skillet.
