Corncob Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 bright red corncobs
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    2 qt. water
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Break cobs.
    Put cobs in boiling water for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Strain to make 3 cups.
    Add the Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil again.
    Add the sugar.
    Boil 5 more minutes or to jelly stage.
