Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken
6 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 Tbsp. pimento
3/4 can celery soup
3/4 can cream of chicken soup
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all together and put in a greased casserole.
Cover with 1 1/2 cups grated cheese and 6 cups of crushed potato chips (10 ounces).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
