Two-Crust Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh pumpkin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    butter (small amount)
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour on bottom of pie crust in plate.
    Mix brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon and water.
    Put pumpkin in crust. Spread sugar and molasses mixture on top of pumpkin and dot with small amount of butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and continue to bake 20 minutes more.
