Ingredients

5 c. fine chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Mix rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Add pineapple. Boil 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour into jars and keep refrigerated.
