Gazpacho(Spanish Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    3 tomatoes
    1 cucumber
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
    Chop vegetables coarsely.
    Put all ingredients in a blender and puree 5 seconds.
    Chill 4 hours or overnight.
    (Improves in sitting.)
    Serve with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, scallions and croutons.
