Herb Roasted Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb
    1/2 tsp. garlic slivers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cut small slits in the lamb and insert garlic slivers with tip of knife.
    Combine remaining ingredients and rub thoroughly over and into meat.
    Roast on a rack in a roasting pan, uncovered.
    Cook 18 minutes per pound for medium. Let stand 20 minutes, then carve.
