Chops And Spuds Oven Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 small onions
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced or canned
    4 medium potatoes, sliced in 1/4 inch dices
    curry powder
    Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt
    pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Salt
    and
    pepper chops.
    Coat with flour.
    Rub in dash of curry
    powder
    on
    each
    side.
    Heat
    oil in heavy skillet. Brown chops
    on each side.
    Place in oblong dish.
    Cook onions in skillet until soft.
    Add mushroom soup and 2 cans of water. Add sliced mushrooms; bring up heat until the mixture bubbles. Place potatoes
    in dish between chops.
    Pour mushroom mixture over chops and potatoes.
    Place in oven preheated to 350\u00b0 and bake 1\thour. Add
    1/4
    Velveeta cheese over top of chops and potatoes.
    Bake until
    cheese melts.
    Serve with hot biscuits and butter.
