Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c confectionary sugar
1/3 c heavy cream
2 T golden rum or 1 T rum extract
Jimmies or unsweetened cocoa to roll balls in
Preparation

Put chocolate pieces and 2 T water in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling water). Stir until melted.
