Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, ground fine
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    2 medium onions or dry onion equivalent
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 pkg. G. Washington broth (dark brown)
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into meatballs, roll in flour and brown in hot oil until brown.
    Put in hot tomato sauce and simmer for at least 2 hours.
