Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix everything together and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
