Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans shrimp or 1 lb. fresh*
    3 small (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Heat soup to boiling point.
    Dissolve cream cheese in soup (it helps if cream cheese is room temperature).
    Put gelatin in soup-cream cheese mixture; cool slightly.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, shrimp, salt and pepper. Put into mold and congeal.
