Cinnamon Apple Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs
    28 squares low fat Honey Maid cinnamon grahams, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
    1 medium apple, peeled and diced
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Blend sugar, margarine and egg substitute.
    Stir in graham crumbs, apple and walnuts until blended.
    Spread batter into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
