Lemon Dill Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 lb. fish fillets (cod, flounder, catfish, etc.)
Preparation
    Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon peel and dill weed until well blended.
    Place fish on greased grill or rack of broiler pan. Brush with 1/2 of sauce.
    Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn and brush with remaining sauce.
    Continue to grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Makes 4 servings.
