Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    6 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    3 eggs
    6 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    flour as needed
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and set aside.
    Melt Crisco in 1-3/4 cup hot water.
    Cool.
    Stir in eggs and the yeast mixture.
    Sift flour on top of liquid mixture.
    Make hole in top and put in 1 Tbsp. salt and 1 cup sugar.
    Stir and add more flour as necessary.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Let rise in bowl for 2 + hours. Shape into rolls and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
    May refrigerate up to 3 days after shaping into rolls.
    Allow 6-8 hours for second rising.
    Makes excellent cinnamon rolls.
