Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 egg yolks
    4 slices soft bread, cut up and soak in milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs.
    Fry meatballs until brown, add water (a little) and cook for 1 hour.
    May be placed in casserole after browning and put in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
